If you are not entirely happy with the goods that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt in accordance with our returns policy. If you return any products in accordance with our returns policy, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unopened, unused and with the original packaging. UK Standard Delivery is £4.00 Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For Service once dispatched. (please note dispatch is normally within 24 hours of receiving your order excluding weekends)
Deliveries will be made within 3-5 working days after you place your order. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic delivery times may be slightly longer that expected. Please take this into consideration when you are waiting for your purchase.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection. A delivery card will be left to let you know this has been done.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday or Sundays. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
