BioRePeel Cl3

Due to the complex of active ingredients, the regenerative process is activated in the skin, in particular the production of growth factors. The skin becomes tighter, moisturised, with a more even complexion, with discolouration and dark spots lightened. It reduces wrinkles, improves skin elasticity, and regulates the work of oil glands, gets to work dissolving those blackheads and tightening pores. The BioRePeel sets a new standard for chemical face peels.

immediate results

You will be glowing from your very first peel! We do recommend these treatments to be carried out in a series of 4 to 6 treatments for the best results and aftercare is strictly followed

frequency

Ok  so you have booked a series of 4 peels, but how frequently do you need to be visiting the clinic? I would recommend your book your BioRePeel treatment every 7-12 days for the best results.

glowing skin

Due to the peel breaking down those bonds holding the dead skin cells together, it reveals a healthy, fresh glow that lasts for days after your initial treatment.

Will i peel?

As this is a biphasic peel, this means it moisturises at the same time as working its magic dissolving away dead skin and bacteria. This is why the skin feels merely tingly during the treatment. You may/may not experience some minor peeling with this treatment. Every skin is different!

Lets talk science and ingredients...

The hydrophilic phase contains an innovative blend of TCA, alpha, beta and polyhydroxy acids, amino acids and vitamins. It stimulates the activity of fibroblasts and activates the processes of skin proliferation and biosynthesis, increases cell regeneration and production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid, removes the outer cells of the stratum corneum, reduces fine wrinkles by reducing free radicals, helps fight acne, eliminates blackheads and has a tightening effect on enlarged pores.

LACTOBIONIC ACID

This product consists of a molecule of gluconic acid, a polyhydroxy acid, combined with a carbohydrate, galactose. It is an effective anti-aging epidermal molecule and stimulates dermal matrix polymer synthesis and dermal synthesis. It has excellent moisturising properties. It reduces the production of skin metalloproteinases (MMPs), protecting the skin against processes such as photoaging. Galactose is an endogenous carbohydrate used by fibroblasts to synthesize glycosaminoglycans and collagen (the proteins that make us look younger!)

SALICYLIC ACID

It is a beta-hydroxy acid that selectively cuts the keratin-amino acid chain of corneocytes. It does not affect other skin proteins, so it exerts an exfoliating effect only on the skin protein, so that the active ingredient is well tolerated by the keratin-free cells below. It has a bacteriostatic and soothing effect, frees enlarged pores from the content of sebum, creating an unfavourable environment for the development of bacteria, thus reducing the possibility of acne. FYI blackheads HATE salicylic acid.

TARTARIC ACID & CITRIC ACID

Tartaric acid is a dicarboxylic acid and a powerful antioxidant, known for its lightening and exfoliating properties. It is used for keratolytic action, reduces adenosis of corneocytes. Effectively heals dry, weak skin, acne and blackheads. Citric acid is also a tricarboxylic acid with properties that produce an antioxidant effect. It also has a regenerating and tightening effect on enlarged pores.

GLYCINE & PROLINE
Glycine is the most abundant amino acid in collagen (35%). It has moisturising, antioxidant and regenerating properties. Proline is a basic amino acid in the synthesis and support of collagen. This has elasticising properties, therefore it is recommended for sagging and aging skin.

HYDROXYPROLINE
Hydroxyproline is present in collagen. It increases and supports the synthesis of ceramides, activating the proliferation of keratinocytes and the production of collagen by fibroblasts. This is key in promoting plumper, fresher skin.

VITAMIN C
Essential cofactor in collagen synthesis. It is the main cellular antioxidant molecule. It protects against ROS (Reactive Oxygen Species) and regenerates other antioxidant molecules. In other words- this is a free-radical scavenger!

Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid (GABA)

It is a nonessential amino acid and the major inhibitory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system. Supports collagen synthesis by inhibiting dermal metalloproteinases (MMPs) – These are enzymes that degrade skin proteins. The GABA effect is a distension of skin tissue thanks to nerve relaxation and the resulting relaxation muscles responsible for wrinkles. The result is an effective anti-wrinkle action. After all, the lipophilic phase creates basically a microfilm on the skin that regenerates and moisturises the skin, but is also an enhancer supporting deep circulation of active ingredients.

ARGININE

Is an essential amino acid with moisturising and nourishing properties for the skin. Takes part in the processes of blood flow regulation. Supports the regulation of biochemical processes such as the synthesis of proteins and macromolecules, collagen, elastin and keratin. Recommended for sagging skin. It is a biochemical modulator of trichloroacetic acid and the basic substrate for the production of nitric oxide. Supports the production of tissue growth factors.

TRICHLOROCTIC ACID (TCA)

It is a carboxylic acid with an exfoliating and indirect revitalizing effect.
When applied to the skin, it causes the epidermal protein to be denatured.
The penetration level depends on the concentration of TCA. (In this instance, 35%)
Activates the SSRS (Skin Stress Response System). Through the biochemical cascade, SSRS leads to the production of cell growth factors.
